When do I pay?

A deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is required 1 month prior to the commencement of your overnight stay. For bookings less than 1 month prior to departure, full payment is required upon booking. For Day Tours full payment is required 7 days prior to travel. Secure online payments can be made via BPoint or payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or JCB). Australian bank account holders can pay by direct deposit, bank details for direct deposit are available from our Reservations Team.

How do I pay for extras while on Lady Elliot?

An account will be set up at your check-in with a credit card imprint. You may charge to your account from the Lagoon Bar, Dining Room, Resort Shop and the Dive Shop. This account can be settled upon check out using Credit Cards, Cash or EFTPOS. There are no cash withdrawals.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

If you do not have a credit card, you can make your purchases using EFTPOS or cash.
