Shark Pool

The Shark Pool is an easily accessed spot on the north western side of the island.  It is used as a shallow freedive area and is frequented by snorkellers.  This site is a great spot for viewing reef sharks up close as they gather within a small pool of about 6 metres depth.  A great opportunity for freedivers and snorkellers to get up close to some exciting marine life, where the light filtering in gives great visbility and is ideal for underwater photography in natural light, without all the lighting gear.
