New Lease granted

2005

The original 20 year resort lease came up for renewal and is won by 3 Gold Coast businessmen - Peter Gash, Michael Kyle and Grant Kenny. The new lease is granted for a 20 year period, with an option for a further 10 years. The new lease marks an exciting new era in the development of Lady Elliot Island as an ecotourism holiday destination.
