Our Holiday

Michelle Richards, OzziKiwi designs’ There are so many things to be said about Lady Elliot Island, however the one thing that will remain with me forever is the unspoilt simplicity of the entire island. We stayed on the island for 7 nights and enjoyed every single one of them. Arriving home, I realised I hadn't thought about anything other than 'nothing' all week. No work, no kids, no phone calls, no TV, no cooking...everything was just so 'back to basics'. I was able to finish the 4 books I had started reading last year, but never finished, I was able to wake up to a stunning veiw, abundant breakfast, relaxed and content, then snorkel, swim, walk, sunbathe, sleep, bird watch, all of the things we overlook here in reality.
