I was on a school trip to Lady Elliot Island, at the end of July to Lady Elliot Island. I didn't know what to expect I just thought I will see what I get when I arrive. When I first saw the island I was absolutely in awe. We were met by the General Manager Graham, who gave us the general safety brief we were then told sent to lunch. It was all too quick before we were snorkeling with the resident turtles. Then after a few tours we were able to go off and do our own thing. Whether it was swimming, walking or just reading a good book. I have to say it isn't every school day that you can just sit on the beach and watch the sunset. I would like to thank all of the Lady Elliot staff for their kind assistance, with a special mention to Maggie, who left us with some of the funniest memories. I can't wait to come back!
